Mission Statement Canine Companions for Independence is a national non-profit organization that enhances the lives of people with disabilities by providing highly trained assistance dogs (free) and ongoing training support to ensure quality partnerships.
Volunteer Duties

Meeting with people at public events, and helping people with disabilities that have service dogs.   Annual major fundraising events: October - DogFest All Day Fair; and May - Golf Tournement at Cinnebar Golf Course.  Volunteers for both events are very welcomed.
